COMMISSIONING CHECKLIST

Forklift Truck – We have a 6000 lbs+ forklift ao assist in hanging machinery parts during the setup process.
Dust Collection – All dust collection must be completed prior to the commissioning visit.
Electrical Power – All electrical connections must be completed
Compressed Air – All compressed air connections must be completed
Flex Hose Connection Requirement – Most Costa machines require all dust, electrical and compressed air connections with a minimum of 2ft of flex hose to the machine.
Consumables / Abrasives – I have procured the abrasive materials in sufficient quantities to run production
