Laboratory

The laboratory is equipped with a variety of machine configurations to accommodate authentic simulations of your production. The variety of working units within the lab allows you to see several different finishes, and chose the right configuration for your product.

Field Service

Our team of dedicated technicians service the US, Canada and Mexico. From installation and startup training, to maintenance and repairs. Costa technicians ensure that your machine is running at optimal performance. 

Teleservice

Remote assistance is available to help troubleshooting software, PLCs / HMI, and to perform updates and replacements.

Parts

The 25,000 square foot North American Spare Parts Center is part of Costa's global parts distribution network. Our network includes spare parts centers in Europe, South East Asia, India, and Latin America.

Training Programs

Following installation, our technicians will train your staff on site about their new Costa sander. Operator training will show your operators how to properly run the machine, while maintenance training will train your staff on how to properly maintain the machine.
